Terms and conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE​

  •  With each reservation a receipt will be sent with the payment of the deposit to confirm the reservation. The reservation will be confirmed, once the payment has been received by Arimasurfexperience.com

  •  When the reservation is completely accepted, the necessary documentation for the contracted services will be sent.

 

CONDITIONS OF DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS OF SURF TRIPS

INDIVIDUALS:

  • To confirm the reservation: a deposit of €189 of the total trip will be requested.

  • Once at the destination: the additional amount on the amount of the trip must be paid.

In addition, and as management fees, cancellation fees of €89 per person will always apply.

GROUPS (7 passengers or more):

  • To confirm the reservation: a deposit of 30% of the total trip will be requested, which must be made with a minimum of 20 days at the beginning of the reservation.

All bank charges, including those of the beneficiary (Arimasurfexperience.com), must be covered by the buyer.

Tu Viaje de Surf reserves the right to evaluate non-compliance with payments and the option to cancel any reservation in progress, as well as the expenses that may be attributed to it.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS OF SURF TRIPS

Any change or cancellation must be sent in writing and confirmed by Arima surf experience.
Cancellation fees will be applied based on the date on which the cancellation is made in relation to the departure date:

INDIVIDUALS
If the cancellation is made:

  • 1 month or before the departure date: 20% of the trip price.

  • Less than 1 month before departure: 100% of the trip price.

GROUPS (7 passengers or more)
If the number of passengers is reduced or if the entire group cancels the reservation:

  • 1 month or before the departure date: 20% of the trip price.

  • Less than 1 month before departure: 100% of the trip price.

Cancellation fees for additional services and other extra services are not part of the trip rate and are subject to the costs established by the provider in each case. These expenses can amount to 100%.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The fees must be paid by all passengers, including those who, due to some circumstance, offer or draw, have their seat free.

  • Group cancellation fees are based on the original number of passengers booked.

  • Arimasurfesperience.com is not responsible for civil disturbances, terrorism, strikes, illnesses, epidemics, accidents, injuries, damages, loss and theft, quarantine, customs regulations, flight schedule changes, delays, deportation or refusal of entry. by immigration authorities and other circumstances beyond our control.

  • In the event of a modification to the duration of a trip, affected passengers will be offered a credit or refund of the trip fare prorated for the number of days of travel itinerary reduction that was scheduled.

  • In the event that a trip is cancelled, Arimasurfexperience.com will do its best to provide a suitable alternative including the option to participate in another available boat.

  • If no alternative offered by Arima surf experience is accepted by the passengers of affected trips, Arima surf experience reserves the right to provide a refund of the amount of the trip fee paid to Arimasurfexperience.com in cash and the refund will be considered as a Trip canceled.

The price of the trip has been calculated according to exchange rates, transportation rates, fuel costs, rates and taxes applicable on the date of editing the program or sending the budget. Any variation in the price of the aforementioned elements may lead to the revision of the final price of the trip. Dirham exchange rate established for the 2022 prospectus is €1 = 10.9 DH.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Arima surf experience is not responsible for the expenses that may be incurred due to the lack of coverage of the contracted insurance. For unexpected changes to your travel plans, having cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended.

  • Arima surf experience has optional insurance if you wish. Ask about its general terms and conditions, coverage for cancellation costs, medical expenses, loss or damage to luggage...

 

INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS

  • Passengers who book individually could share  room with another person, trying to be of the same gender.

 

DISCLAIMER

  •  Arima surf experience reserves the right to make partial or total changes to the planned program if necessary. It also reserves the right to cancel the trip totally or partially for any reason, minimum group of people not reached, weather, organizational, technical conditions, security reasons...

MANAGEMENT OF CLAIMS AND PRESCRIPTION OF ACTIONS
